          Hosting is separate at a cost of $200.00/year, but not required.

If paid in full within 30 days of  initial visit, you would receive a design discount of $25.00 per page. ($125.00/page) for a cost of $1500.00, saving $300.00.
• Hosting is $200.00/year.

The cost of the site design/development/optimization/submittal mentioned above would run approximately $450.00 (one time)

So this would be a total of $670.00 for site design, development, optimization, search engine submittal, 1 year hosting and a listing on travel guides.
